Obituary for Anne Hackl

Anne Hackl departed on October 26, 2018 in Washington D.C. at the age of 99. She was born in Bavaria, Germany to the late Karl and Barbara Duerr Hackl. She became a naturalized US citizen as young adult. She served with honor in the U.S. Foreign Service. She leaves behind no immediate survivors. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Forest Hills Nursing Home at 4901 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. at 11:00 AM.
