On Saturday January 18, 2020 Victor Soto Garcia, 68, died peacefully in Rockville, MD following a long battle with cancer. Born December 11, 1952 in Manhattan, New York to Victor Soto and Maria Garcia. Beloved husband of Reina Isabel (nee Vargas Canales) Soto. Loving father of Aguilda Soto, Marisol Soto, Betzaida Soto, and Roxana Soto, all of Puerto Rico. Grandfather of sixteen loving grandchildren. He will also be missed by the Acosta and Crespo families. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday January 25, 2020 at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel 124 East Diamond Avenue Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877. Interment will follow at 1:30 pm Saturday January 25 at Norbeck Memorial Park 16225 Batchellors Forest Road Olney, MD 20832.
