Obituary for Jay Allan Colley

On Monday, November 11, 2019, Jay Allan Colley, age 56, died unexpectedly at his home in Silver Spring, MD. He was born on February 22, 1963, in Elyria, Ohio, to the late, Charles Robert and Shirley Ann (nee Betts) Colley. He is the brother of Robert (Ann) Colley, Thomas Colley and John Colley all of Wellington, Ohio, and the beloved uncle of Judy (Robert) Clowser also of Wellington, Ohio. Jay is also loved and missed by his Life-Long friend, Heriberto "Eddie" Velasquez Hernandez and family. His is predeceased by his sister, Judy Colley.

A Celebration of Jay's Life will be announced when scheduled.
