On Monday, May 11, 2020 Juliana Kwakyewa Dennis, age 72, died quietly in Pasadena, MD, with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 22, 1947 in Ghana Accra. Having earned a Master's Degree she worked as a Director in the Ministry of Agriculture. Sister of Jessie (Bob) Yaasi of Washington, DC, Kistie (Richard) Biritwum of Accra, Ghana, Joseph Martinson of Accra Ghana, and Prof. Francis (Miriam) Martinson of Accra Ghana. Mother of Juliette (Kwama) Larmie-Gyamfi of Bowie, MD, Ernest Larmie of Accra Ghana, Olga (Anthony) Osaghae of Laurel, MD, Lorraine (Achilles) Addo of Accra, Ghana and Golda (George) Asante of Hamilton, Canada. Grandmother of Jayden, Kaleb and Ziporah Gwamfi, Josephine and Julianne Osaghae, and Guilli-Anna, Geovanna and Goldynne Astante. She was predeceased by her sister Violet Anati (2010). Graveside services and interment at a later date at Garden of Peace Cemetery in Greater Accra, Ghana.
