On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, Justin Alexander Rosner, 2, passed away peacefully at INOVA Fairfax with his parents by his side. Born on July 7, 2016 to Melis and Steve Rosner of Clarksburg, MD. He is also survived by his sister Kacey Rosner. A Celebration of Life will be held from 10 am to 11 am on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Norbeck Memorial Park, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832. Interment will be private.
