On Sunday, March 29, 2020 Kathryn (nee Fay) Wynkoop, age 86, died peacefully at her residence at Byron House Assisted Living Facility, Potomac, MD. Born on October 11, 1933 in Missouri to the late Russell Paul Fay and Mary Elizabeth (nee Honey) Fay. For many years she was employed in the field of food preparation in the public school systems. Beloved wife of the late Harry DeLaney Wynkoop. Devoted mother of Kathy (Steve) Krasner of Poolesville, MD and Kevin (Lisa) Wynkoop of Alabama. Grandmother of Travis Wynkoop and Joshua and Jesse Krasner. Also missed by Myra, mother of grandson Travis. Sister of Carl (Barbara) Fay.
