Obituary for Paula Jean Benziger
On Thursday night, August 22, 2019, Paula Jean Benziger, age 51, lost her fight against metastatic breast cancer. She died peacefully in her sleep while at home in Gaithersburg, MD with her family by her side.
Born September 1, 1967, in Elmhurst, IL. to the late Philip E. Benziger and her living mother Gladys Jean (Quinn).
Beloved wife of Daniel Pensyl. Loving and devoted mother of Jake William Pensyl.
Sister of Rita Daly (husband John, daughter Cameron and son Jack)
She is also missed by Dan’s parents; Dorothy Pensyl (Jack deceased). Dan’s sister, Donna Goldberg (husband Ross, son Quinn and daughter Megan)
Never giving up or backing down, Paula’s strength and courage while battling cancer are a testament to the beautiful, strong woman she was to so many.
Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held at Thibadeau Mortuary Service located at 124 E. Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg, MD on Wednesday August 28, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
