Born October 17, 1948 in Little Creek, NY to Gene Francis and Mildred Louise (nee Oakley) MacDowell. Having earned his bachelor's degree, he worked as a manager of BWI food service. Beloved husband of Barbara Jean McCall. He will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
