On Friday, December 28th, 2018 Valerie Lee Blane, (70) of Silver Spring, MD died peacefully with her friend by her side. Born in Illinois on January 29th,1948 to late Robert Blane and Mary Blane. She will be missed by her dear cousins scatter across the states. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at a later date.
